Why do I need to register?
Registration gives you full access to Pango, including access to free online tutoring, downloadable study support and access to forums and blogs with other users so you can chat about school, life or....well, whatever you like! Why do I need my parent’s permission?
We want you to be able to share ideas freely with other users in a safe online environment. By obtaining parental permission we are meeting our obligation to providing you with a safe place to work with your peers so you (and your parents) don’t have to worry!

Is there content moderation on the site?
Yes. We love it when students share study ideas and participate in discussion forums. That’s what Pango is all about! Content moderation simply means that any content that might be inappropriate or offensive to our users is removed before it is published on the site.

Who can I call for help with the site?
If you are having trouble using the site, and you cannot find the answers to your questions here – you can call our customer service team at 1300 897 669

Are there rules for Pango?
We expect that all of our users will practice proper netiquette while using Pango. What is netiquette? <link to blog on netiquette>

Can I delete my account?
If you no longer wish to be a member of Pango, you can close your account on your account page.

Who are the tutors providing advice?
Pango tutoring is provided through YourTutor <yourtutor.com.au>. Tutors are all experienced and experts in the areas they tutor. All tutors either hold or are completing a minimum 3 year degree at an accredited Australian university.
